Each container is rotationally molded with a patented three-layer process for consistent wall thickness and impact strength that blow-molded cans can’t match. A built-in vapor-barrier layer keeps fumes sealed and ensures EPA and CARB compliance — making it fully legal in all 50 states. The material itself is UV-stable, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), resistant to swelling, warping, and cracking from long exposure to sunlight or heat.
Inside the fill neck, a Flame Mitigation Device (FMD) protects against internal flashback ignition — a critical safety feature now required on certified containers and executed with precision by RotopaX.

Secure the 3-Gallon container to a flat, sturdy surface such as a tailgate, roof rack, or bed rack using any RotopaX Pack Mount. Tighten the T-handle until locked — it should not rattle or shift. For round tubing, use the Roll Bar Mount. To stack containers, pair the right extension with your base can (maximum two high).
To preserve longevity, vent daily or when temperatures or elevation change. Keep the can either full or empty to limit vapor expansion. The rugged shell and sealed cap system are built to handle years of real-world vibration, dust, and temperature abuse.
